Nosedrip’s reputation has been growing rapidly in the past few years thanks in no small part to his staggering mixcloud following and his work with pioneering platform Stroom.tv, a unique mixture of oddball playlists and distinctive aesthetics, an NTS show, and more recently, a label imprint with considerable, if not slightly tongue-in-cheek, ambitions. Stroom has been reissuing obscure and lost music from the 70s and 80s, a big chunk of them from former Soviet countries and his homeland of Belgium. Nosedrip's musical adventures can go anywhere from tropical new wave and latvian post-punk to indian classical inspired drum machine workouts and EBM.
