Lovely, a bit sad, but life-affirming. That’s how one could describe most of DJ Wey’s music. The Queens local uses a multitude of other monikers, the most known being DJ Python, under which he produces narcotic reggaeton with hints to Warp’s golden era and Boards of Canada. There’s not a sharp disctinction between his different alter egos though and surely we can expect him to “mash up di place” with different layers of his sound palette 🎨

Easing us into the night is meditative dance music specialist Irene Kostas, followed by the house-don from Argentina, Caballo.
