«Resonance of Dub» takes over Post Bar, Helsinki. This open-to-close event features a deep dive into Bass Music by LNS and Sähkö Recordings' own ODJ TG, as well as a DJ Sotofett's extended Dub excursion with hours of unreleased music from exclusive acetate dubplates.

«Dub blew my mind the first time I heard it and that explosion is still ringing in my ears» - and to this day I have clear memories of that very day in that very room we sat in Moss, Norway, for the first time listening to «Dub Me Crazy» by Mad Professor and the seminal Augustus Pablo «King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown». Dub is the crucial artery for all types of soundsystem and dance music. It extends to absolutely all Jungle tracks ever produced, as well as New York's dubby Disco's mixes and even Hip-Hop', or the reduction, frequencies and basslines of UK's Dubstep, Garage or Steppers, and not to forget Berlin's own creation of Dub-Techno.

Resonance of Dub was initially established as a concept at Tresor in Berlin, and has since featured Gilb'R (with his vinyl only Jungle sets), DJ Pete, Kambo Super Sound, Arthur (Duty Free Merger), as well as Angela Zia (live Lovers Rock) and Ekowmania (live vocals and percussion). In Bristol the annual Resonance of Dub shows at venue Strange Brew are always presented on the Qualitex Sound System, and played with Qualitex Kutty's custom preamp. This and last years Japan editions were at forestlimit (Tokyo) and Chika-Ikkai (Osaka) in collaboration with ßetamax TYO and Naminohana Records featuring Element (Live), Akii, Siva (Live), 109taksea, LNS and Viceman.
